Cancellation Policy
STUDIO NINETY FOUR – CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
At Studio Ninety Four, I understand that life happens and unexpected situations can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide 24 hour notice so that I may offer that appointment time to another guest.
I understand that occasional schedule changes are sometimes unavoidable. However, last-minute cancellations and reschedules impact my ability to serve other clients and operate my business effectively.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be subject to a cancellation fee equal to 20% of the scheduled service total.
No-Show Policy
Appointments that are missed without notice will be subject to a fee equal to 20% of the scheduled service total.
Clients with repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may also be required to pay a non-refundable deposit when booking future appointments. The deposit will be applied toward the scheduled service total but will be forfeited if the appointment is missed, canceled, or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice.
