Cancellation Policy
STUDIO NINETY FOUR – CANCELLATION & NO-SHOW POLICY
At Studio Ninety Four, I understand that life happens and unexpected situations can arise. If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please provide as much notice as possible so that I may offer that appointment time to another guest.
I do not charge cancellation fees for occasional schedule changes. However, repeated last-minute cancellations and reschedules impact my ability to serve other clients and operate my business effectively.
Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy
* Clients who accumulate three (3) last-minute cancellations or reschedules may be required to pay a non-refundable deposit when booking future appointments.
* Deposits will be applied toward the scheduled service total but will be forfeited if the appointment is missed, canceled, or rescheduled without sufficient notice.
No-Show Policy
* Clients who fail to show up for a scheduled appointment without notice will be charged a fee equal to 20% of the scheduled service total before future appointments can be booked.
* Multiple no-shows may result in a non-refundable deposit requirement for all future appointments.
